I already use firm templates and paralegal assistance to assemble my documents. Why should I opt for a software to do this for me?

Gavel allows you to enter data once and fill it into all of the locations in the template. It also respects complex logic rules for inserting/removing clauses and for formatting information like beneficiary names.
