‍Recap of the KM Legal Conference

The 2022 KM (Knowledge Management) Legal Conference was a huge success!  We listened to some great speakers, including legal tech expert Zach Abramowitz, who gave a fascinating talk on using tactical empathy to drive change. Overall, it was a great event and we're already looking forward to next year's conference!

Highlights of the event

KM Legal was a great opportunity to meet with clients and learn from industry experts. We were able to get a lot of valuable insights and connect with people who are passionate about using legal tech to improve the practice of law.  Another highlight of the conference was the panel discussion on changes to data management in the cloud, where our Head of Sales Jon Jelenko acted as moderator.  

The client experience

The future of client-facing tools was a hot topic at the conference this year. Here are some key takeaways:

• Clients want more personalized experiences. They want to feel like they are the only client you have.
• Technology should be used to enhance human interaction, not replace it.
• The best client experience is one that is seamless and convenient. Make it easy for your clients to do business with you. 
• Implementing legal tech doesn't always mean that your attorneys have to learn new tech.  You can bring legal tech platforms directly to your clients. 

These are just a few of the takeaways from the conference. Implementing these ideas will help you take your law practice to the next level and give your clients the experience they crave.
