Get The Shareholders Written Consent for an Equity Incentive Plan App

Better than a template and created by a lawyer. Try this legal app. This is a “Shareholders Written Consent for an Equity Incentive Plan” template for companies to use when they want to implement an equity incentive plan but require written shareholder consent. This is a user facing interview, so you do not need an attorney for this workflow.

This workflow is intended for start ups or other companies that do not have the resources to get an attorney to draft a written consent by the shareholders for an equity incentive plan.
